This course provides an overall understanding of how to implement a Knowledge Management in organization. Our programs cover the management of human knowledge systems in business and government settings. This program is design to:
1. equip a knowledge professional to assume the role of a senior manager, such as a Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) or Chief Innovation Officer (CIO)
2. provide tools for communicating with management regarding the strategic value of knowledge and knowledge management
3. facilitate the development of business plans and financial reports justifying the investment.
The majority of program time is spent on how to analyze, model, design, measure, and transform any environment to help an organization meet its goals faster and more effectively from a knowledge and innovation management perspective.
Course Method: Workshop and Hands-On Exercise, Simulation Case Study, Training Games and certificate of completion.
